1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Items can only be returned if they have major defects that significantly affect their function.
- Minor imperfections such as small dent, scratches and does not impact the function will be assessed, will be compensate accordingly.
- To be eligible for a return/refund:
– The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
– You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photo/video evidence of the issue. - For our customers in East Malaysia, we regret to inform you that due to logistics limitations, our standard return policy does not applies
– Please inspect your items on the spot upon delivery.
– If any issue arises, contact us immediately with supporting media (photo/video).
– We will assess and advise on the best solution
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Buyer error in selecting product specifications (e.g., size, color, design, pattern).
- Items that have been used, stained, damaged, or altered by the buyer.
- Custom-made orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is confirmed. Please ensure all details and measurements are correct before placing your order.
- For our customers in East Malaysia, we regret to inform you that due to logistics limitations, our standard return policy does not applies

3. Important Notes
- Color differences may occur due to screen settings. We do our best to display product colors accurately, but refunds will not be issued for minor color variations between screen and actual product.
- Solid wood textures (e.g., knots, lines, gradients, shadows) are part of the wood’s natural character and not considered defects.
- Hand-carved items may have slight variations between batches due to their handmade nature. These are not grounds for return or refund.
- Glass items that arrive damaged may be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. However, for LED embedded fireplaces, we recommend replacing the glass locally. We will reimburse the cost of the replacement.
4. Returns & Replacements
We take extra care in packaging, including using wooden frames for fragile item. However, we cannot 100% guarantee the package will arrive without minor cosmetic issues. Small scratches or dents that do not affect the product’s function will be assessed and compensated accordingly.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@homedecorbyshirasdn.com or Contact Shira: 018-225 8358 with clear photos or videos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost. Please note the replacement will take 5–6 weeks to arrive.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for our courier to collect the item. A replacement or full refund will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
- If a similar product is not available within a reasonable time frame, we will offer a full refund.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- All refunds will be made to the bank transfer.
- Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.
6. Missing / Damaged Items
- If you discover any missing or damaged items upon receiving your order, please report it within 48 hours.
- We will arrange for a replacement, but please allow a lead time of 3–4 weeks due to overseas shipping.
