By joining the Homedecorbyshirasdn Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our products using your unique referral link and earn commissions on qualifying purchases. Participation is subject to the terms below.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
- Affiliates must provide accurate registration details.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent where applicable.
2. Affiliate Tracking
- Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link.
- We are not responsible for missed tracking due to browser settings, ad blockers, or incorrect link usage.
3. Commission Structure
- The commission rate is 5% per successful sale.
- Commission rates are determined by Homedecorbyshirasdn and may be updated at any time.
- Commissions are only earned on valid, completed, and non-refunded orders.
- Self-referrals are not eligible for commissions.
4. Payments
- Minimum payout amount: RM50
- Payouts will be made once a month on the 25th for all eligible earnings that meet the minimum payout threshold.
- In special cases, early or full payment may be given at our discretion
- Payment methods will be based on online bank transfer
- Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be deducted from affiliate earnings.
5. Refunds & Grace Period
- As all products are pre-order items, a 37-day refund grace period applies to all commissions.
- Commissions will be held during this period before being finalized.
- If a refund, cancellation, or chargeback occurs within the 37-day period, the related commission will be reversed or deducted accordingly.
- Fraudulent or disputed transactions are not eligible for commissions.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Misleading or false advertising
- Spamming (social media, email, messaging apps, etc.)
- Unauthorized brand bidding in paid ads (e.g. using brand name without permission)
- Cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking manipulation
- Promoting on illegal, adult, or harmful websites
Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
- Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud or policy violation
- Remove affiliates who damage brand reputation or misuse the program
8. Changes to Terms
We may reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing as an affiliate, you agree to the latest version.
