At Homedecorbyshirasdn, we work closely with reliable third-party logistics partners to ensure your furniture arrives safely and smoothly right to your doorstep.

1. Estimated Delivery Time (ETA)

We strive to meet delivery timelines while being transparent about potential delays. Below is our estimated delivery window:

  • Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: 5–6 weeks
  • Other States in Malaysia: 6–8 weeks
    (Excludes weekends and public holidays)

⚠️ Note: These are estimated timeframes for reference only. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Port congestion
  • Customs clearance
  • Special/custom orders (e.g., stainless steel or hand-carved wood products)

2. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp text or call one day before delivery.

  • International shipments do not include tracking numbers, but we will provide status updates via WhatsApp.
  • For small packages, we use J&T or GDEX, and tracking will be shared once the item arrives at our local delivery warehouse.

3. High-Rise Deliveries

Our logistics partner will only deliver to the ground floor for condos, apartments, or flats.

  • Please prepare a heavy-duty trolley or arrange manpower to carry the item upstairs.
  • If you require help, we can arrange Lalamove delivery from our warehouse to your unit. (Extra charges apply and are borne by the customer)

4. Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available during the confirmed delivery schedule, your package will be returned to the warehouse.
  • A redelivery fee of RM300 will be charged.
  • Free storage for up to 6 days. After that, a RM50/day warehousing fee will apply.

5. Delivery Instructions

You may leave any special instructions during checkout under the “Comments” box or message us directly via WhatsApp.

6. Upon Receiving Your Order

  • Inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If the outer box appears damaged or dirty, take photos and record an unboxing video as proof in case of issues.
  • Report any problems to us immediately.

7. Need to Change Delivery Info?

Please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp if you need to:

  • Change your delivery address
  • Update your contact number
  • Schedule your delivery (weekdays/weekend delivery)
