1.How long does it take to get my order?
Most customers in KL and Selangor can expect to receive their package within 5 to 6 weeks after placing an order. For customers in other states, please allow 6 to 8 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Do you have a showroom?
We do not have physical stores. All orders are processed online and shipped directly from our factory partners to you.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We support bank transfers, online banking, and installment plans via ATOME.
5. What courier do you use?
Big order will be handle by international freight, and small order deliveries by J&T or GDEX. We’ll notify you via WhatsApp one day before delivery.
6. Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, for selected items only. Please refer to the product details. Kindly note that our standard return policy does not apply due to logistics limitations.
7. Can you deliver to high‑rise buildings?
Our local partner delivers to the ground floor only. Please arrange a trolley or manpower to carry items upstairs, or opt for Lalamove (additional charge).
8. Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
Delivery is arranged 1–2 days before, based on container arrival and delivery areas. We can’t promise exact dates or times as each lorry carries items for multiple customers across different areas. We’ll try our best to note your preferred date, but it’s subject to routing and availability.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photos or videos. After review, we’ll offer compensation, a replacement, or a refund depending on the issue.
10. What is covered under your return policy?
Only major defects that impact function. Cosmetic issues (small scratches, dents) are compensated. Custom orders, buyer‑errors (size/color), and natural wood/grain variations are non‑refundable.
11. Do you offer bulk or commercial orders?
Absolutely. whether you’re furnishing an office, café, or retail space, we provide volume pricing and handle the logistics end‑to‑end.
